Ok so where do I begin?? From the moment I met Tim Coons, I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and... thorough explanation of the process of painting my house. Reyes and his painting crew were amazing. They showed up as scheduled on Friday to start the process. First step was to power wash my house. Second step on Saturday was to prep my house to begin the job of painting it on Monday. The crew worked diligently during the entire process and I was so impressed with their skills and the pride they all took in their work. When they finished up on Wednesday, I did a final walk through with Reyes, as there were very minor touch ups to be made. I must say I am 100% satisfied with the work! They took my 18 year old house and made it look brand new again! I’m so happy with the final results and I’ve been smiling all day!!read more

Midas Home Improvements Tim and his entire crew were extremely professional, courteous, dependable and entirely... committed to our project. They completed the painting job we requested in a very timely manner and exceeded our expectations in the quality of their workmanship. I found Midas Home Improvements, because I needed to get some exterior rot fixed, as well as a fresh coat of paint on... the exterior. I had originally wanted to do this on my own, but given my work schedule, I knew I was going to have to hire someone to do it for me. From the first moment of contact, I felt like I was going to be taken care of. Communication was great. At the initial consult, and after I expressed my needs and expectations, I was shown some things I had missed. And these things would most definitely caused me more problems in time. My biggest concern was going to be the scheduling for the work, as that work schedule I mentioned before. I was reassured that the team would work with me on getting the job done. And that is exactly what happened. When it came time for the work to be done, the team always arrived when they said they would. They worked hard and didn’t make a huge mess. As a matter of fact, given the project, they kept it very tiddy. Communications were constant during the entire project, and I never felt like I was want for information. At the conclusion, we did the final walk around and was blown away by the work done. One of my expectations, in the beginning, was to find someone I would be able to create a working relationship with; not just a one off project. I most definitely feel I have found that in Midas Home Improvements, and look forward to working with them in the future.read more

MIDAS Home Improvements replaced bad wood trim and siding on my house and painted all wood surfaces. Tim Coon provided... amazing response and service. He listened to what I needed and collaborated with me to get what I wanted. The crew that came out to work, led by Oscar, was very attentive and did great work. Can’t say enough about the business ethics demonstrated by Tim Coons of Midas Home Improvement and his team. I had... one spot on the eves that needed to be warranted. I let Tim know. We set a date but it was more like a date for the weather to start raining over many consecutive days. Yes. The flood of 2018. We have now had 2 days of “less” rain.
